Cozy and quiet cottage in the forest within minutes of downtown Nevada City and the Yuba River. The studio cottage sleeps 2 comfortably but can accommodate 1-2 more on a pullout bed. We are on 2 acres but please note that the cottage is within close proximity of another house on the property. We are happy to welcome well-behaved leashed dogs as long as they will get along with ours. The house has a small but functional kitchenette with hot plate, toaster oven, coffee maker and a few basics. In a very peaceful area just off N. Bloomfield Rd a few miles north of Nevada City.
