The property has a large building with 6 rooms for shared use of the bathroom and kitchen and a small building that is a small studio of about 25 m2 for private use. It has a kitchen, a bathroom with a shower and a small room with a bed for 1 person in the size of 80x200 cm with an extra thick mattress. The space The property with rooms with a shared bathroom, toilet and kitchen is a large gray building with an entrance from Słoneczna 2 street in Starachowice, which is located in the center, at the main post office, close to shops, restaurants, bus stops, church, pharmacy. The neighborhood is quiet and green. There is free parking for guests on the property when booking one room. You can also smoke a cigarette under the umbrella. Each room has air conditioning and a TV (except for one room, where there is a radio tape recorder). We take care of the order, the beds are made, the bedding and towels are included in the rental price. Extra blankets are available. The kitchen has a fridge, microwave, electric kettle, induction cooktop, dishes, pots, plates, glasses, cutlery, everything that is necessary. Upstairs there are 4 rooms and a bathroom with a shower, downstairs there is 1 room, a kitchen and a toilet with a washing machine. Guest access Guests have access to the rented room and common areas. During your stay We contact guests through the portal, in messages, or by phone. Access to the keys is in the safes after entering the gate. Parking is free for 1 vehicle per room. Other things to note Check-in is from 5:00 p.m. and check-out is by 10:00 a.m. Early check-in or late check-out has been arranged and the cost is PLN 15 for each additional hour started. The keys and remote control for the property, rooms and parking are in dedicated safes with a code that is provided before check-in. Using the washing machine is an additional PLN 25 per wash (washing detergents are available). WIFI is free. It is possible to add an extra bed to the room for an additional fee.
