Nice 2 bedroom house in Vannes, garden and parking space

Welcome to my home! :) Small Vannetaise house, located in a quiet area, 10 m by car and 25 minutes walk from the city center, close to shops and not far from the expressway. The space On the ground floor is a toilet, living room, dining room, kitchen, as well as a small terrace with garden. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, oven, hob (installed since the ad), as well as a dishwasher and washer-dryer (the best ; )! The kitchen is provided with everything you need or even more, ranging from large and small plates, to the mixer, to the crab claws. Upstairs is the bedroom, with a 140*190 double bed (rather firm mattress), as well as a small balcony. Next to it, bathroom with toilet and bathtub. Linens and towels are provided, as well as many products to feel at home! For sunny days, the accommodation is equipped with an outdoor table and chairs. A plancha is present, you just have to put the extension cord! For more Breton days, authentic K-way are available, as well as many board games.
