This peaceful accommodation will offer you a relaxing stay whether you are with family, friends or your work colleagues! Apartment is renovated, bright, spacious, quiet. No personal belongings in the apartment. The space Apartment with 2 independent locked bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 1 large living room-kitchen: 1) bedroom no. 1 with 1 double bed and 1 single bed, dressing room, private bathroom with shower, 2 sinks, toilet, washing machine and dryer; 2) bedroom no. 2 with 2 single beds, private bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. The accommodation also includes: a large living room (with 1 double sofa bed for 2 adults) which is an open space with a fully equipped kitchen and a large dining table; entrance with a large closet; laundry room with a washing machine and a dryer which is in the bathroom of bedroom N1. FOR BOOKINGS WITH MORE THAN 5 GUESTS: - we have a double sofa bed in the living room for 2 adults and if necessary extra beds (on request); in total this accommodation can accommodate a maximum of 8 adults. Please indicate in your reservation the total number of guests, as bedding for extra people is provided only according to the number in the reservation. IT IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN TO COME WITH MORE GUESTS THAN THE NUMBER STATED IN YOUR RESERVATION AND TO SLEEP ON THE COUCH WITHOUT THE MATTRESS PROTECTOR AND BEDDING; if during the stay or after the departure of the guests we find that this rule has not been respected, an additional fee of up to 500- CHF will be charged directly to your credit card using Airbnb insurance. We encourage you to bring your own bath towels. In the event that you do not have this option (due to baggage limits or other), we will provide you with one per guest. We are open and flexible with check-in/check-out times WHENEVER POSSIBLE (first and foremost in relation to other check-ins/check-outs on the same day but also with our internal organization). IMPORTANT: Warning for CANNABIS smokers: if the smell of cannabis or other signs of consumption are detected at check-out, direct reporting to the police will follow and a fine of 1000.- CHF will be imposed. Use of any other drugs is strictly prohibited in this accommodation. CIGARETTE SMOKING is also prohibited in this accommodation and fines for non-compliance with this point are provided for in the house rules. (!!!) PROSTITUTION IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED IN ALL OUR ACCOMMODATIONS. IN CASE OF NON-COMPLIANCE, DIRECT REPORTING TO THE POLICE WILL FOLLOW. Video surveillance cameras are installed in the hallway for the safety of our guests. In addition, we live on the same floor and closely monitor compliance with the rules mentioned. Same-day reservations: please send us your request via Airbnb messaging first before you make your reservation if you want to arrive on the same day as your reservation (!!) because the apartment may not be ready by 4 p.m. If you are required to organize a stay for a large number of people (up to 30-35 people), send us your request because there is a good chance that we could help you!
