Just two blocks from the beach, it offers easy access to diverse restaurants. Both the apartment and common areas have high-speed Wi-Fi, making it ideal for remote work or studying. Surrounded by restaurants, bars, and various shops, the area has a lively atmosphere, so some noise is to be expected. Additionally, Bucerías is continuously growing, and ongoing construction in the area may generate noise during the day. Guest access Access to the apartment is via a personalized code, which will be provided before your arrival. Other things to note If you are bringing a pet please check with us before booking. Pet cleaning fees apply. There is an internal set of rules that you have to agree on before your check-in. We will ask for an official ID for the check-in process, as a security measure and by request of the building's security. Your information will be safe and private. It is essential for us to have this information before we are able to send any access information to the building because we have to comply with the internal processes and notify the administration about the guest's arrival.
