The space Welcome to our spacious and stylish two-bedroom and one-bathroom. Designed with your comfort in mind, our space boasts an open-concept layout, modern furnishings, and warm inviting colors. This is perfect to be your home away from home. The living area offers a cozy sofa and a smart TV with Netflix, creating the perfect spot to relax after a day of exploring the city. The well-equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, microwave, pot, kettle, and all essential utensils, Guest is allowed to cook light meals. Additional features * Working station with a 20-inch monitor. Designed for remote work. * Unlimited internet with a speed of 100mbps. * Split-type AC in all rooms including the living room. * Bedroom 1 - Queen bed with extra portable mattress. * Bedroom 2 - Two single beds with a closet. * Living Room - 60-inch Smart TV with Netflix and Youtube, 3-seater sofa * Dining Table - sits four persons * Bathroom -hot and cold shower, hairdryer. * Basic toiletries are provided (towels, toilet paper, shampoo, and body wash). Check-In: 3 PM Check-Out: 11 AM Check-out time is strictly implemented for us to have ample time for cleaning and disinfecting the unit. Thank you. Guest access Ground Floor Lobby, 7th-floor Landscape Garden, Jogging Path, Children's Playground Center, and the swimming pool. The pool is open from 6 am to 10 pm but is closed on Monday due to cleaning maintenance. Paid Parking is available at One Eastwood Avenue Tower 1 on the ground floor the building and on a first-come-first-served basis. The rate is P60 for the first two hours, then P20 per hour. An overnight fee of P150 is added on top of the hourly rate. Other things to note Mandatory: The building security policy requires a government photo ID for each guest checking in. Please provide upon booking. Additionally, one of One Eastwood condo’s security policies is that a one government ID is required to be left at the front desk during your stay. You may claim your ID upon check-out. It is important to note that the tower is a residential condominium. The residents are sensitive to noise because this is their home. If you are holding a gathering, please practice restraint and keep the noise to a minimum especially during quiet hours. Penalties may be imposed by the condominium security if there is a complaint. Strictly NO SMOKING allowed inside. We may charge you an additional deep clean fee if strong odor is obvious after check-out since it will require additional cleaning, disinfection, and compensation for the next guest.
