INSYIRAH Homestay Melaka is a double storey terrace house located at Taman Satu Krubong, right next to One Krubong Lake Garden. Centrally-located place, furnished with warm lighting and simple furniture, the place is suitable for either a staycation or an outstation in Melaka. The space ✅Bedroom 1 - Master bedroom with queen size bed, an air conditioner, a ceiling fan, a wardrobe that has extra pillow/blanket/comforter/quilt, clothes rack with hangers and a bathroom (with water heater). The room is equipped with a sliding door and a balcony overlooking the scenery of the lake & the housing area. ✅Bedroom 2 - Bedroom 2 has a queen-sized bed, an air conditioner, a ceiling fan, clothes rack with hangers and a shared bathroom (with water heater). ✅Bedroom 3 - Bedroom 3 has a queen-sized bed, an air conditioner, a ceiling fan, clothes rack with hangers and a shared bathroom (with water heater). ✅Bedroom 4 (ground floor) - Bedroom 4 has a queen-sized bed, an air conditioner, a ceiling fan, clothes rack with hangers and a bathroom. ✅Living hall has a smart TV, Unifi, L shaped sofa, two wing chairs and a coffee table. ✅Dining hall has a dining table with chairs (extra stool and extra chairs) ✅Kitchen - refrigerator, microwave, electric jug kettle, rice cooker, dining ware, stove, pots and pans, cutlery, water dispenser. ✅Laundry area includes a washing machine (with detergent) and a drying rack. ✅BBQ pit is stored at the laundry area, the back door must be open once BBQ pit is in used (please do let me know earlier if you have plans to use it). ✅Hall on the second floor has chairs to rest, iron, ironing board and 5 single mattresses. For us to do so, we would truly appreciate it if you can follow these house rules. Thank you in advance and truly appreciate your cooperation! 1. Feel free to use the kitchen. Kitchen facilities and accessories are for halal food only and must be cleaned up after use. Please understand that pork and beer/alcohol beverages are strictly prohibited inside the house. 2. No group gatherings (that involved the outsiders) and no parties allowed. 3. If guests are suspected of carrying or using illegal drugs of any kind or doing any illegal activities, the authorities will be engaged, and guests will be asked to vacate the property immediately. 4. In order to ensure a peaceful community, all guests are requested not to make too much noise the during their stay. Please respect Quiet Time from 10.00pm to 6.00am. 5. For your convenience, we provide four clean towels to our guests. We also have four prayer mats available for our Muslim guests to use during their stay. Please note that outdoor CCTV is used for security measures. Please respect our home but feel comfortable. Treat it as your own house for the duration of your stay 😊 Thank you
