Every Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday from 10 am to 4 pm, the living room is open to the community and a community café is held. We also plan to develop study spaces and children's cafeterias in the future. We aim to be a place where everyone can easily stop by, from 0 to 120 years old, from local students, company employees, couples, families, kids, the elderly, to travelers and foreigners. [Childcare is available] For those who want to refresh or sightsee without children, we have a temporary childcare service for children aged 1 to 6 years old at our affiliated English nursery school (the owner's children also attend). Please contact us in advance to check availability if you'd like to use it. The space It is a two-story house with a total of seven rooms. It is 55 years old, so it is cool in summer but very cold in winter. Also, the walls are thin and the soundproofing is not perfect. There is 1 bath, 2 toilets, and 3 sinks. The kitchen, living room and dining room are shared. [Room] There is one wide king size bed (200 cm x 200 cm). A single futon can be added to the floor if needed. (If you lay it down, the remaining space will be considerably smaller) There is air conditioning, desk and chair, storage, free rental clothes, and a bouncer in the room. Wi-Fi It has unlimited wifi and is fast, so you can make video calls such as zoom without any problems. Water You can drink the tap water. We recommend buying a bottle and refilling it, as it is environmentally friendly and does not cost money. Kitchen The kitchen is available 24 hours a day, except for cleaning hours between 9 am and 10 am. There is a microwave, electric pot, rice cooker, toaster, and refrigerator. You can also use pots, pans, and dishes freely. [Meals] Please bring your own. Please store purchased items in the refrigerator or on the guest shelf. [Laundry] There is a washing machine on the balcony. There is no extra charge for use, including detergent. Bicycles We have 1 free bicycle for guests.
