The space Here is a quick summary of the homes layout. More detail will be provided bellow :) Guests can access all the living spaces in the home without having to use stairs. However there are several stairs in the following locations: -Several steps up the the front porch to before entering the front door. -Several steps exiting the back deck into the back yard. -Several steps inside the garage entering into the home. Master bedroom: King (Sleeps 2), private bathrooms with tub/shower combo, and closet Guest bedroom #1: Queen (Sleeps 2), has access to a full bathroom across the hallway. Large closet. Guest bedroom #2: Full (Sleeps 1), has access to a full bathroom across the hallway. Small closet space. Backyard is accessible from the home's side gate as well as the backdoor of the living room. Laundry: There is a full laundry room that joins the main living space of the home to the garage. Full dryer and washer available for guests. -Gym: The garage gym has access to several pieces of cardio equipment. Its important that the guests know that the treadmill is meant for walking and cannot be used for high-impact running exercises. There is also a maximum weight limit of 180lbs for the treadmill. -Outdoor fire pit: During dry months of the year, the city/county may impose fire restrictions. Guest may or may not have access to this ammenty if such policies are implemented. -The indoor fireplace will always be accessible to the guests unless there are rare circumstances in which it cannot be offered for any particular reason. *Firewood is not provided* Other things to note *For all stays 10 nights or longer, the cleaning fee will be double the regular amount for a deep clean after guest departure.* *If there is an amenity that is out- of -order that is advertised in the Home’s listing, that is not available to you due to unforeseen circumstances. A 10% reimbursement of the base rate will be offered as compensation* *-Late departure fine is $35 per every 15 minutes. *There is an additional fee for having pets. Please make sure your pets are included in the reservation and the fee will automatically be applied to your stay.*
