Across from the kitchen, the large dining area features a table for six and an additional bar seating for three. Adjacent to the dining space, the cozy den offers a stylish (decorative only) fireplace, a recliner for relaxing, and a foosball table for a touch of friendly competition. Down the hall, you’ll find the guest bathroom conveniently located on the left. To the right, Bedroom #3 offers a twin-over-full bunk bed, a spacious closet, and a dresser—perfect for families or groups. A bit further is Bedroom #2, featuring a comfortable queen bed, two dressers, a full-length mirror, and a large closet. At the end of the hall, the master suite provides a serene retreat with a luxurious king bed, a dedicated work desk, dresser, expansive walk-in closet with full-length mirror, 42” smart TV (ready for your subscriptions), and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. Additional conveniences include a coat closet in the living room, a pantry just off the kitchen, and a dedicated laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer. For families, a queen air mattress, pack ’n play, and baby booster seat are available. You’ll also enjoy the clean two-car garage and the backyard with a peaceful wooded property line.
