The space Nestled in the crape myrtles on 2.4 acres, this adorable 2 bedroom 1 bath home with large back deck provides a great space to getaway to for a couple or small family who want a budget friendly space to escape! It has all the modern conveniences including tvs, internet, grilling space, etc. Located about 10 minutes from Pickwick Dam and The Outpost, not far from Freddy T's. Great location to enjoy some time away! Two bedrooms, full den with sofa and sitting chair. Kitchen has a bar top and a banquette area with seating for up to 7. Full size kitchen and appliances. The bathroom provides a nice size walk in shower. Full laundry with washer and dryer are inside the unit as well! Step out on the back patio to enjoy the view of the 2.4 acre lot the home sits on! This property is also frequently booked for people needing to work at the Papermill or for the electric company or internet. We DO allow longer bookings. We can provide the cleaners info for additional cleanings during your stay for a charge. We also provide all the necessities such as toilet paper and cleaning supplies for the beginning of your stay. Anything longer than a few days, you will need to provide what you need to complete your stay. Guest access You will have access to the entire home! If you need more space, the small house to the left of this one can also be rented out! Other things to note If you need more space, the home next door is also one of our BNBs. DM me for Special Pricing for BOTH! Also note this is a RURAL area NEAR the water in Tennessee. You may see ants, spiders, crickets, dirt dobbers, wasps, bees, mosquitoes, snakes, birds, flies, etc during your visit. We do what we can to keep them outside BUT they CAN make it inside the house. We provide sprays in a pinch to help combat anything that has taken up residence since the last cleaning.
