Other things to note Some things to note about this property: -The pool is located on the 1st floor and is shared with the other units in the building. -There is shared laundry on the first floor of the building. It is shared with one other unit. - Bonita Beach Park is nearest to the home. Vanderbilt beach is only a 10 min. drive south -The home is centrally located and sits 1 street off of Bonita Beach Rd. This allows you to get to Naples or Fort Myers very quickly but does have a bit of road noise associated with it. If the doors are shut it won't be much of a problem and we have noise machines in the bedrooms to help combat it if you are a light sleeper.
