Recently Renovated Home in Endwell

This newly renovated home is located in a quiet, central area. Just minutes from Binghamton University, Lourdes Health Center in Vestal, and 3 golf courses (En-Joie, Endwell Greens, and Traditions at the Glen). And just a 15 minute drive to Lourdes Hospital, UHS and Binghamton Central. The finger lakes wineries are just a one-hour scenic drive from here. The space Our home is a two-story, mid-century that has just completed renovations. This is practically a new house (brand new kitchen, drywall, flooring, hot water heater, windows, etc.), but we wanted to keep the mid-century feel through the house, with a modern twist. You will enter through the front door of this home into the spacious living room. Here, you can kick back and relax in the beautiful velvet sofa that turns into a daybed. A smart TV and complimentary WIFI await, just enter your user info and you are ready to watch your favorite shows and movies. Through the living room, you will find yourself in the roomy kitchen. Equipped with brand-new stainless-steel appliances, whip up your favorite meal and enjoy at either the breakfast bar or 4-person dining room table. Relax after a long day by taking a nice hot bath or shower in the master bath. Connect your phone to the bluetooth bathroom lighting and enjoy your favorite music. A large vanity has plenty of storage to hold all your toiletries. There is an additional half bathroom upstairs. When it’s time to catch some ZZZZs, choose between 3 bedrooms all furnished with queen sized beds and gel memory foam mattresses. Guest access You will have full and private access to the first two floors (the basement will be closed off). You also have full access to the driveway, that holds 2-3 vehicles. Other things to note There is plenty to do in the area! If you're looking for a great meal, Ristorante Dell’Arco is less than half a mile down the road. Also nearby is the Broadway Diner, Oaks Inn, Antonio's Bar & Trattoria, and Joey's. If you enjoy golf, En-Joie Golf course, home to the Dick's Sporting Goods open, as well as Endwell Greens and Traditions At The Glen are courses within 10 minutes from the house. For shopping, the Shoppes at Vestal and the Oakdale Mall in Johnson City are each less than a 10 minute drive.
