The space The apartment is located on the first flooe of a small villa, with a large garden immersed in the valley and next to a small stream that you can look out directly from the garden. The apartment is on a floor entirely dedicated to guests and has a full kitchen with balcony, 1 bathroom, 1 single bedroom, 1 double bedroom both with access to the balcony, a large living room with sofa bed (for 1/2 people) and access to an additional balcony. The bedrooms and bathroom are raised by 3 steps, we have a ramp to facilitate access to the bedrooms. We also have support handles in the bathroom. 1 covered parking space in a private garage is available. The tax is not included in the price of the stay and must be paid by all non-resident guests for each overnight stay, up to a maximum of 10 consecutive nights. The current rate is €2.00 per person per night. Children up to 10 years of age are exempt from payment, as well as other categories provided for by the applicable municipal regulation that with proper related documentation. The tax must be paid directly at the property upon check-in or check-out. The property manager is responsible for collecting and remitting the tax to the Municipality and acts as an appointed tax collector in accordance with current legislation.
