The Fairways Holiday Rental

This house is a home away from home on the sunny South-East. With a fully enclosed south facing back garden, this tastefully decorated house is only 10 mins walk to the town centre. Also, only 5 mins drive to the beach & 10 minutes drive to the start of Waterford's No. 1 attraction; The Greenway. Rental includes bed linen, Wifi, TV. The space Living: we have a very comfortable lounge/living room with comfortable leather chair seating for all. The room also has a TV with EIR channels and access to Chromecast if you wish to stream from your phone. Eating: a large kitchen dining room with all the utensils you need to make your breakfasts or evening meals. Sleeping: There are 2 double bedrooms each with a double bed. One of these has an ensuite toilet. There is also a single bed in the smaller bedroom. Garden: we have a patio with a table and chairs in the garden that you can use for outdoor dining or relaxation. For warm days we have some loungers. Let us know if these are required. Guest access Our Host or a representative will meet you at the predetermined time with a key. We will also explain how the gas & electricity top up works. Other things to note Electricity and gas up to €20 are included in the rent. Guest usage is measured by reading the two meters before and after and then applying our supplier rates to the difference. Any costs above €20 are at the guests expense. We ask for a small €50 deposit to cover this expense. Unused deposit will be returned. Bath towels are provided for house use only. If you intend on swimming, going to beach etc we ask that you bring your own. The house is in a residential area so Stag / Hen groups are not accepted.
