Elegant apartment of about 80 square meters, able to accommodate up to 4 people, located on the ground floor of a period building (a few steps to access). The property is located in the historic center of Catania, a 5-minute walk from the Ursino Castle and the wonderful Piazza del Duomo and a short distance from the main attractions. The accommodation consists of a living room, a kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a small private garden. The space The inside is organized as follows: - LIVING ROOM with sofa, 55-inch flat screen TV, table and chairs, split A/C and small balcony; - KITCHEN with gas hob (4 burners), fridge, moka coffee maker, dishwasher, oven, kettle, microwave oven, toaster, wine glasses, kitchenware, dining table and access to the garden; - SMALL GARDEN with table, chairs and gym equipment; - BEDROOM I with double bed, chest of drawers and split A/C; - BEDROOM II with double sofa bed and wardrobe; - BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet and toilet. FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: wifi, air conditioning with heat pumps, washing machine, iron and ironing board, clothesline and hairdryer.
