NEW DOCK!! This modern lake house, sleeps 15 and sits in a quiet wooded area on Cedar Creek Reservoir. Access to the hot tub, grill, kayaks, & paddle boards included! Enjoy the 5 bedrooms (incl. bunk room), 3 baths, 2 patios, 2 living rooms, a fully stocked kitchen, & a private boat house for fishing & swimming nested on .75 acre lot! Relax on the upper deck, open-air patio, or fire pit by the water. Full day access on check-in or check-out days is available as an option, pending availability. The space Everything is included in your stay except the jet ski's which are no accessible for guests. Parking The gravel drive way can easily accommodate 5 cars. No street parking. Total table seating is for 10 with 4 bar stools at the kitchen island. We provide card and board games, throw blankets, and other comforts to make your stay relaxing and fun. Laundry Washer, dryer, and laundry supplies (including detergent, iron, and ironing board) are available for guest use. -Liability waiver is required to confirm bookings. -Add on day access on check in/check out is an optional add-on pending availability. We do not offer refunds for low water levels or county burn bans limiting fire pit use. Off season for the lake is Oct-April and water levels are unpredictable. Guest access Guests can access everything except the jet ski's. Please keep in mind our friendly neighbors are close and full time residents so please observe quiet hours from 10 PM - 8 AM for outdoor activities and loud indoor activities. Access to hot tub and kayaks is included. Other things to note Christopher Ridge is a small, close-knit community that generously welcomes short-term rentals. Within 15 minutes of local dining, grocery stores, Pinnacle Golf Course and Purtis Creek State Park. 35 minutes from Canton First Monday Trade Days. Please be respectful by parking only in the driveway—no street parking or parking along neighbors' property lines. Watch out for slow speed limits and children/golf carts/bikers using the neighborhood streets. Also, be mindful of noise levels, as many of our friendly neighbors are full-time residents who cherish the peaceful lake atmosphere. They will report if you are disruptive to the neighborhood.
