Two queen beds, full sofa sleeper; sleeps 6+, large family room, coffee bar. Cornhole game, fire pit, outdoor table/chairs; plenty of additional chairs. Only 10 minutes from downtown Lincoln. Pickup & trailer parking available on site. The space The newly finished entire walkout basement will provide a natural outdoor setting away from city life. Lots of established trees, birds, and greenery provides a relaxing home away from home. A fire pit for an evening mingling or sauna to relax the day is available Guest access Landscaped & lighted patio stones provide direct entrance to the walkout basement and access from one of two sliding walk out doors. Designated parking spot on paved pad for two vehicles; if needed. Furnace room in basement is locked. Other things to note I live in the upper part of house. I have a chocolate lab dog that lives upstairs. He does not go downstairs, and only goes outside when I take him out. He stays in the garage when I have guests; so he’s not above you & he’s a pretty quiet friendly dog. A request can be made, to inquire if he could be off property during your stay. Just ask :) Please communicate if you have a pet; a small cleaning fee will be added. Additional access to premium infrared sauna. Extra $50 for term of your stay is all.
