The space "La Capoulette" is a house that we have renovated while preserving its charm and bringing a warm and family touch. With an area of approximately 110 m2, it is equipped with all the amenities needed for an enjoyable stay in Ariège! To keep things running smoothly during your vacation, sheets will be provided and beds will be made for your arrival at no extra cost. Cleaning will be done upon checkout. You will have access to: On the ground floor: - A fully-equipped kitchen with seating for 6. In addition to all the kitchen equipment you will appreciate the raclette, fondue and waffle maker available to you. Kitchen towels provided. - A living-dining room with a table for 10 people incorporating a pool table. A second console table is at your disposal for meals of more than 10 people and to allow you to put down glasses and others during your pool games. To keep young and old entertained, you will also have a TV, a Bluetooth speaker and board games. - A covered terrace is accessible from the living room with table and chairs to enjoy outdoor dining, with views of the mountains. On the 1st floor: - A first bedroom with a 140 2-seater bed and a water point with a basin as well as a balcony. - A second bedroom with two 140 2-seater beds. - A third bedroom with a 140 2-seater bed. - Bathroom with shower, double sinks and toilet. - A second bathroom with shower and double sink. - A separate toilet In the basement - Laundry room with washer & dryer - The basement of the house allows you to park bicycles and store things such as ski equipment, hiking, fishing, etc... - A pleasant garden of 200 m2, accessible by the covered terrace on the ground floor or by the basement of the house, with a green space and a wooden terrace with garden furniture and parasol. Guests can also enjoy BBQ and plancha. Towels provided on request for a charge of €4 per person. Pets accepted by prior agreement with the owner and subject to conditions (no access to the bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs as well as the armchairs and sofas.
