HIGH-RISE 2 bedroom Condo perfect for exploring ATL. Approximately 10 minutes to World Congress Center, GA Capitol, PeachTree Center, Mercedes-Benz Stadium, World of Coca-Cola, Georgia Aquarium, & Centennial Olympic Park! Each apartment in the condominium is individually owned (some are residents, some are rentals). You will be provided checkin information the morning of your stay. You will receive a code to access the condominium and one to access your unit - 1403. Along with parking space numbers, etc. Building is accessible both from the Lobby (lvl 1) and the basement (B) from the underground parking. There is an accessible pool for all guests. However, kindly note that the pool is SEASONAL and the typical outdoor pool season in Georgia is from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend. The pool at this condominium follows this timeframe. Vending machines are on level one (1). Two suites are available for our guests. One bedroom sleeps 4, and the other sleep 2. There is a sofa bed that can comfortably sleep 2. Additional beddings and pillows are provided as per guests' requests. Two (2) parking spaces are available to our guests, free of charge! They are both onsite and the use of an accessible elevator grants access to the condominium through the ground level (B). Please note parking garage is not monitored by surveillance cameras or security guard, neither is it gated. Guest access Pool - There is an accessible pool for all guests. However, kindly note that the pool is SEASONAL and the typical outdoor pool season in Georgia is from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend. The pool at this condominium follows this timeframe.
