FireSky Vineyards Chateau

Escape the city limits when you enter through the private gates to this sprawling 5000+ square foot chateau surrounded by 18 acres of mature grapevines. Enjoy luxury amenities in a quiet and peaceful surrounding. The estate vineyard is operational and supplies our FireSky wine with Texas's finest grapes. Close proximity to many restaurants, shopping, entertainment, Texas Tech University, and major healthcare systems (UMC &Covenant). Parties are not allowed on this property. Read House Rules. The space The Chateau offers 4 bedrooms, each with king beds, locking doors, tv's, and fans. There is a full kitchen, complete with cooking and eating utensils, and a pellet grill on the patio, available to you. There is also a Jacuzzi hot tub on the patio for your relaxation. Downstairs, enjoy a game of pool and an 80" television. All tv's have complimentary Netflix and YouTube TV with local channels. Guest access You will have full access to house, patio and two of the three garage spaces. One garage space is reserved and locked for maintenance equipment needs. Owners, and assigns, reserve the right to enter vineyard area as necessary for operational purposes. Other things to note Parties are not allowed at this property. A violation of this policy will result in an immediate eviction, and you will be charged for any damages. We don't encourage bringing small children or infants. This property is not child protected and there are stairs within. The property is set up for adults and teen visitors. If you rent this property, you are agreeing to assume all liability for the people in your party per House Rules.
