The living room features a comfortable (pullout, memory foam mattress) sofa, two comfortable armchairs, a smart TV, and numerous games - perfect for cozy nights in. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances you'll need to whip up delicious meals to enjoy at the dining table inside, or one of the many picnic tables on the private property. The bedrooms are bright and airy, with comfortable, brand new (June 2023) hybrid memory foam mattresses. Both rooms offer plenty of storage space for your clothes and personal belongings. The bathroom is modern and clean, complete with a walk-in shower and fluffy towels. We also have a large shared outdoor area that's perfect for lawn games with Weber gas grills, charcoal grills, picnic tables, swinging loveseats, and two firepits by the water. There are two parking space allocated to our unit and we offer the use of lawn chairs, coolers, and clean linens (which is not typical of the area!) to our renters. If you have a boat, contact us directly about the potential for mooring options. The association has a beautiful dock that is open to guests, but slips are allocated to owners. Guest access Our guests have full access to the condo association amenities (grills, firepits, beautifully landscaped yard, dock, beach area...) Other things to note There is a condo association contract that must be signed and returned, per the association bylaws. This will be sent at time of booking and needs to be returned within 72 hours.
