Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay (in the middle of woods, fields and horses) just 1 hour from Paris. Two independent houses (possibility to rent only the large one with price reduction). Seven bedrooms and living spaces both indoors and out. Perfect for summer (outdoor shower) or winter by the fireplace. 16 "adult" beds (more possible on request). Renovated in 2022 with reclaimed materials and furniture. The space MAIN HOUSE: - a kitchen open to the dining room where all guests can sit at a large farmhouse table - a large living room with fireplace, two sofas and a bay window with opening to the forest /laundry room with toilet - Bedroom 1: new double bed! (160 cm), desk and bathroom with bathtub - Bedroom 2: a large master suite with double bed (180) and separate desk /bathroom with bathtub and toilet - Bedroom 3: three single beds (or one double and one single) - bedroom 4: new double bed! (160) and bathroom with shower and toilet ANNEX: - kitchen open to living room /bathroom with bathtub and toilet - Bedroom 5: new double bed! (160) and desk - Bedroom 6: double bed (180) and desk - bedroom 7: a double bed (160 cm) and a single bed So both houses are ideal for a group of 12-15 adults with children YARD: A large terrace and the possibility of installing the outdoor tables in the shade of the two plum trees. Lots of deckchairs. A self-service bbq. A bathtub in zinc that serves as a small pool:) Indeed, the absence of a swimming pool is a "bad" necessary given the lack of an effective solution to date to reduce almost any impact on the environment. The old swimming pool has also been replaced by a rainwater recovery tank to ensure watering of the garden in a short circuit and not pumping into the groundwater. NEW 2024: An outdoor shower with recuperation materials and natural water heating. Perfect as soon as the mercury exceeds 25 degrees.
