Venice House is a private beach house located 300 meters from a peaceful beach near Karwia — close to the sea, yet away from the holiday crowds. Perfect for family holidays, a romantic getaway, a trip with friends or a peaceful workation all year round. We created this place for those looking for peace and comfort. Start your morning with coffee on the terrace, spend the day on one of the most beautiful Baltic beaches, and relax in your private sauna or hot tub under the stars in the evening. The space Venice House is located in Karwieńskie Błoto Drugie — a peaceful seaside village right next to Karwia, surrounded by the Coastal Landscape Park. It is a place for those who love the sea and nature, but prefer waking up to birdsong rather than the noise of a busy holiday resort. Karwieńskie Błoto Drugie is one of the last preserved Dutch-type settlements in Poland — a place with a unique history, open landscapes and a calm, natural atmosphere. The house is only 300 meters from a wide sandy beach. In summer, you can enjoy the Baltic seaside lifestyle, while outside the main season you can discover a completely different side of the coast — long walks on empty beaches, relaxing evenings in the warmth of your private sauna and a true escape from everyday life. The surrounding nature changes throughout the year. In spring, the area comes alive with birdsong, in summer the garden offers plenty of greenery and privacy, while in autumn and winter you can often spot deer wandering across the nearby meadows from the terrace. On clear nights, thanks to the limited number of buildings nearby, you can enjoy a sky full of stars. Guest access During your stay, the entire Venice House is exclusively yours. Guests have private access to the house, garden, two terraces and the wellness area with sauna and hot tub. A gas barbecue and private parking for 3 cars are also available. It is a space created to enjoy peace, freedom and being close to nature. The house is fully prepared for guests and offers plenty of storage space. A few private storage areas remain locked during your stay. Other things to note The wood-fired sauna is available for our guests all year round. The private hot tub with hydromassage is perfect for relaxing under the stars — use is available for an additional fee, with details confirmed before arrival. Venice House is located in a peaceful, natural part of the coast. To comfortably explore the surrounding area, we recommend arriving by car. For the comfort of all our guests, we do not accept pets.
