Abbott’s Anchor Inn

The Abbott’s Anchor Inn is just off Hwy 2 and under 1/2 mile to the nearest boat ramp plus bar and grill. We have off-street parking large enough for a boat. The cozy “duplex” can accommodate 6 guests (2 queen-sized beds and twin bunk beds between 2 rooms), a full bathroom, living room, and dining and a kitchen. You can see Devils Lake from the dining room table, but we are not lakefront property. Come stay with us and see what makes Devils Lake the fishing and hunting paradise of North Dakota! The space Abbott’s Anchor Inn is a cozy and inviting 2-bedroom, 1-bath private suite attached to our home—set up much like a duplex. While the suite shares a wall with our house, the space is completely private and features its own entrance, living areas, and quiet separation so you can fully relax and enjoy your stay. Sleeping Arrangements: • Bedroom 1 – Full-size bed • Bedroom 2 – Full-size bed + bunk beds Bedroom 1 also offers a lovely view of the lake. The bathroom includes a tub/shower, fresh towels, and a few complimentary toiletries to make your stay comfortable. You’ll also have a small but fully stocked kitchen including a full-size refrigerator/freezer, stove, oven, microwave, cookware, dishes, coffee maker with coffee fixings, and essential utensils. Please note that the kitchen does not have a strong exhaust system, so heavier frying or high-smoke cooking should be limited in this space. The suite features a small dining area and a cozy living room—perfect for unwinding after a day on the lake. From the dining room, you can enjoy a view of the water, and the dining table seats four, with a table leaf and two nearby chairs that can be added to comfortably accommodate all six guests. Private parking is located directly in front of your entrance, with additional space in the driveway that can accommodate boats, trailers, or extra vehicles (please just let us know what you’re bringing so we can make room for you). A single-stall garage may also be available upon request for an additional fee. We kindly ask that no fish or wild-game cleaning take place on the property. Guest access You’ll have full access to the entire east/left side of the duplex. A single-stall garage can also be added to your stay upon request (additional fee applies). Other things to note Garage parking is available and boat plug-in on request for an additional fee.
