Welcome to Casa de Alegría, a quiet mountain setting in Monte Pedreguer on the North Costa Blanca. Located just 15 minutes from the beaches and coastal towns of Dénia and Jávea, the apartment offers a peaceful base away from the busier tourist areas, while still within easy reach of the coast. Surrounded by open landscape, mountain air, and Mediterranean light, this is a place to slow down, rest, and enjoy a more grounded rhythm of living. The space The apartment is a self-contained 31 m² space, designed for simplicity and comfort. A car is recommended due to the elevated and quieter location. The nearest town, Pedreguer, is a 7-minute drive away, or approximately a 45-minute walk via a steep paved path. There are local taxi services available from Pedreguer, though these generally require advance booking. For those needing a stable connection, an ethernet cable is available, providing a direct wired connection from the router. INSIDE YOU WILL FIND: • flexible sleeping arrangement with Super King or Twin beds (photos show both options) • seating area and small table within the bedroom • fully equipped kitchen with induction hob, air fryer, steamer, kettle, toaster and coffee machine • Indoor seating includes a breakfast bar for two, while the private terrace is designed as the main dining space • bathroom with shower and eco-friendly toiletries • air conditioning, heating and Wi-Fi Linen, bedding, towels, and beach towels are provided and refreshed weekly for longer stays. The space supports a simple, self-catered stay, offering both independence and comfort. The outdoor spaces are a key part of the experience and includes an 8 × 4 metre swimming pool, offering a calm setting for rest and time outside. Details can be shared on request. Guest access The apartment is located beneath the main house where your hosts live. Access is via a shared front gate, with a separate entrance and pathway leading to the apartment. YOU WILL HAVE PRIVATE USE OF: • the apartment • the swimming pool and patio area • outdoor kitchen and garden spaces Some areas of the property are shared or accessed occasionally by the hosts (e.g. outdoor gym and yoga studio access), but your privacy and comfort are respected throughout your stay. There is only one guest apartment on the property. Other things to note UTILITIES Utilities are included. If you make significant use of air conditioning, heating or BBQ, you are welcome to leave a small contribution in the honesty jar. ECO PRODUCTS Eco-friendly toiletries and cleaning products are provided, including some handmade items. WORKATION The apartment includes space suitable for remote work, with indoor and outdoor seating options. WELCOME PACK A small welcome selection is provided to support the beginning of your stay. These typically include tea, coffee, herbal teas, olive oil, herbs and spices. For stays of 7 nights or more, milk and a bottle of fruit juice are also included.
