The apartment is located in a residence in a quiet area, a few meters away there is a small but well-stocked supermarket. The paved outdoor space is at guests' complete disposal. Free parking on the premises. Free Wi-Fi throughout the apartment. The space Large and bright, the Le Rose Room is equipped with a standard-sized double bed, bedside tables, a wardrobe and a mirror. The room has direct access to the terrace, from which you can enjoy a panoramic view of the hills up to the Adriatic Sea and on beautiful days even up to Mount Conero. The exclusive-use bathroom is adjacent to the bedroom; complete with shower, sink, mirror, bidet, toilet, washing machine, and hairdryer. Guest access The apartment has a separate entrance and is used exclusively as guest accommodation. The owners live upstairs. The living area with the dining area and a comfortable sofa, the terrace and the outdoor space are also available for guest use. Free parking is at the back of the house in a common space.
