Our brand new holiday home is open for rent all year around in a safe and calm environment. Situated right next to the lake Balaton, we are 5 min walking distance from the popular Silver beach, wich is free of charge. 10 min from Kálmán Imre mall where you can enjoy many restaurants as well as other amusements. From 3 minutes walk, across the elictric railroad tracks you can find a supermarket, a pharmacy and the well known Öreg Halász restaurant. The space The house is furnished and fully equipped for your comfort. Where we can accomadate 6 people. It's perfect for friends and family. In our beautiful sunny patio you can enjoy the fresh air as well as our finnish sauna and immersion bath even at winter time. Your body and soul will recharge in this relaxing environment, here you can trully forget about the every day problems of life. The house is equipped with air conditioning, wich will cool you down in summer and warm you up at winter. There are lots of activities wich you can enjoy apart from Lake Balaton, the place is perfect for a romantic weekend. The house also holds a 25 square meter patio, a sauna with an immersion bath as well as private parking. The house is fully equipped. LIVING ROOM The Living room is equipped with a sofa witch can be converted into a duble bed, that can accomadate two people. The stylish bathroom with a large mirror, and a state of the art shower will blow you away. KITCHEN The kitchen is also fully equipped, its got a large fridge, a washer/dryer, a cooker and a stove, coffe machine and a microwave. BEDROOMS The bedrooms got a duble bed as well as storage space and with fee wifi you can also work from here with ease. SAUNA After a dip in the tub, sauna users can relax on the sun loungers. KIDS' CORNER Families visiting with children will have a cot available, and also books and toys, pedal ride on, and a large flat screen tv if the weather is not too kind.
