Nearby are the famous attractions "Phuket FantaSea" and "Phuket Magic Carnival". Convenient location, complete community facilities. Within a 15-minute walk, there are banks, local/international restaurants, pharmacies, Big C supermarket, 24-hour shops (7-11, Family Mart), aromatherapy shops, massage shops, fashion shops, etc. Other things to note This apartment is a private home, we want our guests to respect the place and follow the building rules: No eating or storing marijuana, durian or mangosteen in the room; Garbage must be transported to the garbage room by elevator to avoid insects and odors. Kitchen utensils and dishes must be washed daily for the same reasons; No smoking in the apartment. If you smoke on the balcony, you must keep your cigarette ash and throw it in the trash. Accommodation fee does not include: electricity 6 baht/unit, settled at check-out; If you book for more than seven days, cleaning service is provided every seven days, including changing bed sheets and towels. Additional cleaning is required during your stay. Please schedule cleaning and linen change 48 hours in advance. The fee is 1,800 baht per time.
