Completely remodeled in July2023. Relax at this 2BR 2BA condo with stylish design in a beachfront gated community located in a secluded area of Hilton Head Island, by Fish Haul Beach Park. Enjoy the pool or walk a few mins through the garden courtyard to one of the most natural tidal beaches on the island. Our 3rd-floor villa offers you a relaxing place to unwind with all the comforts of home. For quiet unspoiled beaches surrounded by nature, come to "Searenity Villa HHI". The space You are driving on a small road towards the beach and are greeted by the gate guard as you enter the Spa on Port Royal Sound. The community's beautifully-landscaped walking path surrounded by trees and plenty of greenery provides quiet strolls with the sounds of nature, lagoon views, water fountains, families having fun at the pools, and direct beach access to the Port Royal Sound with a pier over the tidal beach, adjacent to Fish Haul Beach Park. Plenty of parking by the building. We are on the 3rd floor (top floor) of Building F. Access by stairs only, so requires moderate to high mobility. We just treat it like our natural "stair masters". Being on the top floor has its advantages, no noise from any rooms above you, and the privacy of sitting in a comfortably-furnished balcony overlooking the main pool (open seasonally April-October) and courtyard area. Enter our condo via easy keyless entry access, and find yourself in your own modern oasis. We've tried to provide all that you may need to make your stay enjoyable. To the left when you enter is a separate laundry room with full-size stackable washer and dryer, a hi-tech space-saving tankless water heater, along with some cleaning supplies should you need to touch up your space. There are convenient over-the-door hooks you may hang your towels or clothing. A small iron and ironing board are also provided. Searenity's kitchen is equipped with everything from cookware, serving platters, to kitchen gadgets, you'll find all that you'll need to create scrumptious meals in this kitchen. Three counter-height wooden stools are tucked under the peninsula bar as seating for you. A unique beverage center with wine rack, beverage cooler, and cabinets to hold your glasses & cups make this nook a welcoming spot after a hot day at the beach or exploring nature. The primary bedroom has a beautiful wood king-size bed & dresser with sea-inspired wave front design, closet, a luggage rack, 43” Roku smart TV, and ensuite bath with a luxurious shower panel that features rain shower, waterfall, massage jets, and hand-held shower. Beautiful tiling, mosaic tile floors, chic wall cut outs, and a frameless shower glass door make this bathroom a welcoming place to refresh after a day of outdoor adventuring. The secondary bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed, 43” Roku smart TV, closet, luggage rack. The hall bath has a bathtub with beautiful tiling, wall cutout provides plentiful space to set your personal bath items. The living room and dining area are a combined space with a 50” Roku smart TV, ceiling fan & light, sleep sofa & chaise, wood carved end table that can be used as a stool, and glass dinette table seating four. Exit the glass sliding doors to find your private balcony overlooking the main outdoor pool. The balcony has wood floors, 2 bar-height stools, 2 comfortable wooden lounge chairs, 2 beach chairs, umbrella, beach mat, beach cooler for your use. The tidal beach is ideal for wading, sunbathing, playing in the sand, beach combing and nature walks. This natural beach is brimming with marine life, crabs, oyster beds and shore birds. At low tide, you can walk out on shallow water to the exposed sandbars surrounded by calm waters. Several public "swimming" beaches that face the ocean are also nearby, only a few miles away. Other things to note 3rd Floor Villa: Moderate to High mobility required Near HHI Airport: It is a small airport, flights are few. Guests will hear planes at take off and landing, but not as noticeable while indoors. In order to provide the utmost care to guests, we may ask our guests to provide additional information in order for housekeeping staff to help best prepare for your stay. We'll message you either via Airbnb messaging or text prior to your arrival if we need more information after your booking is confirmed. $25 (cash) gate fee paid to Security at the gate Two Outdoor Pools are open seasonally (typically April through mid-October) and is weather dependent. Indoor pool, hot tub, exercise room, and sauna are open year round. There are physical keys to access the community amenities. These will be at the Villa for your use. If lost, there will be a replacement charge of $50. *Bedrooms & Bathrooms: Linens are provided for the King Bed, Twin Bed, Full Bed, and Convertible sofa. Towels are provided and consists of the following per person, 2 bath towels, 1 hand towel, 1 wash cloth. Each bathroom will have a bath mat, toilet paper, travel-size shampoo/conditioner/body wash/lotion, and small bar of soap. *Kitchen: Basic starter supplies include paper towel, trash can liners, dish towels, dish cloths, dishwasher soap, laundry detergent. *We provide 2 Tommy Bahamas chairs, 1 beach umbrella, 4 beach towels for use during your stay. If any of these are not usable, please contact us and we'll order replacements as soon as possible. We ask that you be patient with us should this occur as we depend on previous guests to let us know if something is not working and provide these additional items as a courtesy. Please make sure you wash & dry the beach towels, rinse sand & salt water off beach chairs and umbrellas before putting them back for the next guests. Thank you.
