For stays longer than one week, a weekly cleaning fee will be required. This apartment is for a maximum of two guests. We do not allow more than two people to stay in the apartment. There is no sofa bed in the apartment, and no extra linens are provided. If more than two people are found staying in the property, this will be considered a violation of our house rules and will result in immediate removal from the property without any refund. Extra amenities: Beach chairs are provided on a first-come, first-served basis. We have a limited number available for guest use. They are stored in the closet under the stairs, and you are welcome to use them if available.
