The property is the lower level of a two level home with its own private entrance, full kitchen and bathroom, and private washer / dryer. We recently renovated the lower unit and added all new furnishings! You should have all you need for a comfortable stay but please do not hesitate to reach out if we missed something essential! You'll have street parking, a private entrance, and full access to the lower unit and back yard. A code will be sent to you before arrival for our keyless entry pad. Street parking is limited to two cars. We are always available if needed but we will do our best to stay out of your way unless you need us! We live very close to a Greenway and Annie Jones park which is less than a 5 minute walk from the house! This is a very family friendly neighborhood and you will see lots of families walking! We live in the upper unit (Sean and Taylor) with our dog and cat (Tallie and Tabor). Because we live on the property, we might cross paths! During the day, you might hear us upstairs. We are typically in bed pretty early, around 10pm, and up between 5 and 6am so you might hear us coming and going to the gym in the early hours, but we are always doing our best to stay as quiet as possible. We love spending time on the deck and in the yard where you might see us! I'm still working on my gardening and adding more plants to the yard, so you might see me watering the plants or doing some yard work from time to time! Feel free to say hi if you see us! **We do have central AC and Heat, however the controls are in the upper unit. We realize that the lower unit is naturally a bit colder than the upper unit, so please do not hesitate to reach out if the lower unit is ever too cold! We also have a couple space heaters in the closet in the bedroom that can be used, but we will do our best to make sure you are comfortable!
