Holly Cottage, which is situated in the centre of the lovely village of North Ferriby, nearly opposite the charming and historic parish church, is a warm and inviting 2-bed terraced cottage. It is within 5-minutes walk from the Railway Station, the village pub, an Indian restaurant, pizza takeaway and large Co-op. And, it is just 2-minutes walk from the start of the Riverside Walkway (see photos). The space Holly cottage offers: - gas central heating - a cozy living room with log-burner (logs are provided) - a stylish kitchen with dishwasher & separate laundry with washer & dryer - two well-sized bedrooms (over 2 floors) - a luxurious bathroom with bath and shower - downstairs loo - a lovely patio with seating/dining - bedding and towels provided - private off-road parking The first-floor double bedroom has full-wall built-in wardrobes. PLEASE NOTE - the staircase to the first floor is quite steep, although there is a handrail. The second floor bedroom is a single, although there is a pull-out extra bed if required (please let use know in advance if this will be needed).
