The Chellero House

It is a lovingly restored village house, designed for couples who want to get away. With different spaces to rest, read, see the landscape, play sports... and best of all: A very nice terrace with views of the mountain where you can have a barbecue and enjoy the outdoors. It is located a few minutes from the mountain, a space full of routes, nature and mountain activities (via ferrata). Passes included for the municipal swimming pool in season (located a 5-minute walk away) The space Ground floor: This is where the bicycles are located and the perfect place to leave things, hiking boots, etc. It also has two rooms with restricted access for storing house maintenance materials. First floor: Living room - Dining room with fireplace, bathroom and kitchen. The router is in the living room and it has a perfect light to work at the table. Second floor: Master bedroom, walk-in closet and multipurpose space. It is the floor for sleeping, changing, etc. The multipurpose space is a large landing that can be used to watch a movie with the projector with cushions on the floor, or do yoga with the mats provided. Third floor: It's the terrace and the fourth annex. On the terrace, there is a barbecue and furniture for eating, having breakfast, or hanging out. In the fourth annex is the sink and utensils for the barbecue, as well as plants that the owner personally cares for. Guest access You have access to the entire house except for 2 rooms on the ground floor dedicated to maintenance material for the accommodation Other things to note As it is an old house, the electrical installation does not have much power, so you have to be aware at all times of not using many appliances and plugging in many things at once, as the fuses would blow and you would have to go downstairs to connect them again.
