The master bedroom has a double bed with en-suite bathroom. There is an additional bedroom with two beds with sea view. There is natural shade from mature trees at the outside dining area where you can sit and relax with a nice glass of wine. Those that like the sun, can use the sun loungers provided for sunbathing and when the heat gets too much, you can jump into the large crystal clear salty waters of the swimming pool! The swimming pool is completely private and the high fence that was recently installed provides total privacy. You can access the beach for a long walk or for a swim, using the access pavement which is 20 meters from the property entrance. Access to the sea is less than 100m away and the nearest beach is a 10 min walk. 3 minutes’ drive from the villa is the Ayia Napa Marina with fancy restaurants and other shops. A further 2 minutes drive you reach the magnificent Makronissos beach of Ayia Napa, and 3 minutes further the world famous Nissi Beach. The Ayia Napa village is only 10 mins drive from the villa that offers a plethora of restaurants, shops, night clubs, bars and pubs. Guest access Guests will have full and exclusive access to the property, private secluded pool and surroundings. Other things to note Ayia Thekla is an area on the western edge of Ayia Napa. Just east of the beach is Ayia Thekla church and a collection of ancient tombs in the rocks. West of the beach is a beach bar and east of the beach is the Ayia Napa Marina. The main beach in Ayia Thekla is a small horseshoe of soft sand with several rocky islands just a short way out. For a more sandy beach it is suggested that you visit the Makronissos, Landa or Nissi beach which is a short drive away. For several miles west towards Potamos Liopetriou the rocky shore line is interspersed with small private patches of golden sand, ideal for those looking for a quiet sunbathing spot. There are few other amenities in the Ayia Thekla area, besides a small mini-market and a fast food stand. A lot of the villas in the area are holiday rentals although there is a small resident population as well.
