This cute apartment in a wonderful southwest location has been modernized and is excellently located to reach the beach of Großenbrode in the shortest possible time on foot. The 1.5-room apartment has a spacious living/sleeping area with a large sofa bed and a flat-screen TV and invites you to linger. Above the living area is a floor-level sleeping area (double bed), which can be reached via a ladder. The kitchen area is fully equipped for self-catering and has a great dining area with a magnificent sea view while preparing your meals. Here you can take your time and organize cozy travel plans or game evenings with your family. The bright bathroom is very spacious and has been equipped with a shower with glass cabin, also through the open window you can listen to the sound of the sea. The apartment is on the upper floor of the house and has no elevator. A car parking space is available. There is also a small separate area that offers the opportunity to sunbathe or barbecue. Parking your bicycles separately is also possible here.
