We do not allow anything that involves burning such as candles, smoking, propane, etc. Only 2 guests allowed per stay. Booking Policy: The person who makes the reservation must be the one staying at the property. Booking on behalf of someone else is not allowed. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the cancellation of the reservation without a refund. The space This private upstairs studio has a beautiful deck that leads to its own entrance. The kitchenette does not include a sink. Other things to note This unit does not come equipped with a washer/dryer or a kitchen sink. For longer stays, we set up a day and to clean (sheets, towels, trash, vacuum, mop, etc.). Expect a weekly text so we can keep your stay fresh and clean!
