Please refrain from checking in after 9 pm to respect the neighbors. If you are unavoidably late, please contact the host in advance. Check out time: 10 am * Cleaning will be done after 10 am. If you check out late, you will be subject to an extra charge of 5,000 yen for every 30 minutes. ■ About noise (strictly enforced) The area is a very quiet residential neighborhood. Please be quiet after 9 pm. No chatting, loud noises, or music on the balcony. If we receive a complaint or report, we will ask you to leave immediately and charge a 20,000 yen fine. ■ Smoking rules (strictly enforced) No smoking (including e-cigarettes) indoors, on the balcony, on the premises, in common areas, or on surrounding roads. If smoking, bringing in or leaving cigarette butts is confirmed, we will charge a fine of 50,000 yen. Smoking on the balcony is also prohibited. Please refrain from bringing or installing ashtrays. ■ Drinking rules (additional) If excessive drinking, noise, vomiting, or soiling is confirmed, we will charge a **fine and additional cleaning fee (up to 100,000 yen)**. The same applies to violations of manners associated with drinking (damage, equipment contamination, leaving trash, etc.). Underage drinking is prohibited by law. ■ Rules for stains, damage, and garbage (enforced) If the room is significantly soiled, we will charge an additional cleaning fee (10,000 yen to 100,000 yen) depending on the situation. If any equipment is found to be lost, damaged, or soiled, you will be charged the actual cost. Please sort the garbage correctly according to the room instructions. If you leave large trash such as suitcases, you will be charged 10,000 yen for disposal. ■ Management of the number of guests If we find that the number of guests exceeds the number of guests declared, we will charge an additional 10,000 yen per person per night. Pre-registration of user information is required. Unauthorized additional guests are strictly prohibited. ■ Other rules No pets allowed. If you wish to bring a guide dog, please contact us in advance. Early check-in and late check-out are not allowed. (We will contact you as soon as we are ready) We can only ship forgotten items by cash on delivery. A separate shipping fee of 2,500 yen will be charged.
