Sweet bungalow in popular W. Asheville

This special home is close to everything . Many wonderful restaurants, great breweries, groceries, yoga, and a meditation center, all walking distance from the house. Just a 10 minute drive to downtown Asheville and the River Arts District. There is a dedicated work space. I have been an AirBnb host for 9 years with a master suite, so I encourage you to read those reviews linked to below. Now, I've decided to rent the entire house October, November and December of 2023. 30 day minimum. The space There are two bedrooms, 2 baths, a study/work studio, dining room living room and kitchen. Hardwood floors throughout. All utilities are included as well as wi-fi and Netflix. There is a front porch with a swing and 2 rockers, a back deck and an upper seating area with a fire pit. There is a washer and dryer in the kitchen. Guest access You will have the entire house. I am only renting this October, November and December of 2023. I will de-personalize and de-clutter as much as possible! Other things to note One small dog is welcomed during your stay. All utilities and wi-fi are included as well as lawn care.
