Come visit our sweet neighborhood in Bellefonte, Pa which is less than 10 minutes from Penn State University and Beaver Stadium. Our ranch style home offers 4 bedrooms with additional common spaces for guests to enjoy. We have a fully finished basement, covered back porch area, and a small park with a basketball court steps away from our yard. This is a great space for families to gather for Penn State football games or graduation weekends. The space Guests have access to entire home that includes 4 large bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, 2 living and dining spaces, a full gym and outdoor dining area. A park is steps away from the property and Beaver stadium and the creamery are a 10 minute drive. Guest access Guests will be able to have access to the entire home other than our basement storage area and master bedroom closet. Other things to note Waiver and Release- I understand that I have access to amenities including but not limited to the home fitness area including the treadmill, free weights, trampoline, bench, and all things gym related, the fireplace, and neighborhood park. I understand that each of these activities involves risk regardless of the care taken to avoid injuries. I also agree to assume all risks both known and unknown for myself, family members, friends, and all guests involving all amenities. I take any responsibility personally or financially for any accidents or injuries that occur during the stay. I am also financially responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items or equipment on the property. By agreeing to rent this property I along with my family, friends, and all guests release and waive the owners of any responsibility and agree not to sue for any reason.
