No 23 is a period river view cottage situated within the beautiful NorthYorkshire village of Great Ayton which boasts many eateries and pubs. The perfect place to explore town, coast and country. Our unique accommodation has a style of its own. Situated on the High Street, opposite the River Leven, the cottage offers guests and their pets the perfect cosy and intimate get away retreat. The space The entrance opens straight into the lounge which leads onto the kitchen . The bathroom is situated across the porch also on the ground floor. The staircase leads up from the kitchen to the hall and landing and both bedrooms. Outside from the porch there is an enclosed gravel courtyard with table and chairs. Guest access Guests have access to all areas Other things to note Please note the bathroom is downstairs at the back of the house. We have accommodation next door to house any bikes etc if needed.
