Hi, how are you? We're a couple who loves São Paulo! An architect and a journalist in love with culture, exhibitions, great shows, architecture, good bars and eating well! Largo do Arouche was the place we chose when we are in the capital of São Paulo, because in it we are close to everything and find the best places to enjoy São Paulo in the best possible way. Enjoy a unique experience in our Studio, designed to reference urban living with style and comfort! The space Studio 1102 is located in the classic Largo do Arouche, in the República neighborhood of São Paulo, just 150 meters from the República metro station. With an industrial style, our studio is on the eleventh floor of the new BK30 building, featuring doors that are perfect for sunny days, which, when closed, isolate the sound for days of rest and home office. And it also has blackout curtains for your quietest nights… Ahhh, the Queen Size bed is also perfect for that! It has two sets of bedding and 4 pillows. If your group is 4 people, our sofa also turns into a bed. You can't live without Wi-Fi, right? So, relax, our apartment has a super fast network for you, as well as a 55-inch smartTV for your favorite series. In our kitchen, you'll find everything you need for a delivery meal or to cook that dinner for two! Well-equipped bathroom, with gas heating, hairdryer and face and bath towels. Oh, and since it's in Largo do Arouche, our decor is themed and makes reference to the Iconic Cassandra from the Sai de Baixo TV series (a big hit in the 90s, haha)! Our condominium has a swimming pool with a panoramic view and a stunning landscape of São Paulo. We also have a fitness center and laundry, free of charge. Safety comes first. Our building has 24-hour parking (paid separately), external security and a 24-hour entrance. Guest access You'll already be registered in the concierge system. When you arrive, just provide the information and take a headshot. To enter the apartment, you will use the password already sent (Access is all done digitally)! Present a valid photo ID (ID, Driver's License, Passport). The doorman will check - Guest documents are required for entry authorization; - You will be authorized at the entrance and will receive a code to access the studio; - Next to the entrance, there is a private parking lot with a private entrance and security; - If you would like to request additional cleaning during your stay, please contact us to check the prices and make an appointment.
