The space This well-presented apartment has everything you need. The beautiful space features all the modern conveniences you need, with all of the charms of a historic home. The space is divided into two areas, a full kitchen, and a bedroom. The front door opens into the kitchen, where you are greeted by a table set for two and a full kitchen with a stove, fridge, and everything you need to make your next meal. Towards the back of the apartment is the bedroom area, where there is a comfortable bed with space for two and a small seating area as well. Finally, the bathroom has everything you need for an enjoyable stay! This space is perfect for a short-term stay, perhaps for a weekend on the slopes, or for a longer-term rental, with space to work remotely and the perfect location in the heart of Saugerties. Guest access Guests can access the entire space via coded entry. There is a parking spot directly in front of the house and one other along the fence on the side of the house. The village has free parking across the street that is usually available. Other things to note Please note that the village's second firehouse is located across the street. The alarm does not go off frequently (probably two or three times a week for a minute or two) but is loud. This is an older building with slanted floors. ➡You can arrange an early check-in or a late check-out. Pets may be allowed based on size and discretion. Noisy pets cannot be left alone.
