Bright duplex with terrace occupying the 1st and 2nd floor (no elevator) of a typical Brussels house, in a residential area close to public transport, many shops, bars and restaurants. Exercise bike to keep fit! This accommodation is my place of residence for part of the year, so it is very well equipped for a comfortable short or long stay. Welcome! The space The living room, dining room, kitchen and terrace are on the first floor, the bedroom and bathroom on the second floor. Other things to note IMPORTANT NOTE: - For both ecological and economic reasons, the bathtub will not be usable during rentals. Thank you for your understanding.
