The space Our home is on a semi busy street that leads to the freeway that is about a 2 minute drive making it easy to get to almost any nearby town. The rooms are facing the backyard making it a quiet atmosphere away from the street. Our house was built in the 70s making it a beautifully remodeled space with the old charm. As the sun rises and sets at night you may hear the wood expand and contract with what will sound like a cracking of the wood but don’t be alarmed as this is normal for older homes. Guest access You will get a code to enter the house, the rooms are numbered to identify which room you will be staying in. The bathroom is shared with other guests in the home. The home has an attached studio that’s part of the house with no shared spaces making it a home with an attached ADU. It has a separate entrance on the side of the house with only a shared wall and no access to the main house. You will be staying in the main part of the house coming in through the front door with your own private and fenced backyard area.
