We got to know Pico and fell in love with the island. We bought a house and went to live on the island. We rented the entire house on the 1st floor and lived in an apartment on the property. As travelers, we respect the privacy of our guests. It is a traditional house on the island, with all the charm of a typical Pico house, but with all the comforts for a family vacation. Sea and mountain view 300 meters from the Arinhas bathing area and with the São João trail just 30 meters from the house. The space 3 bedrooms, one with a private bathroom and access to an outside balcony. A second double bedroom and a bedroom with two single beds. There is a fully equipped kitchen, a social bathroom and an outdoor terrace with the possibility of dining outside. There is a cistern with rainwater, a swing; a vegetable garden; fruit trees; a swimming pool for babies; a picnic basket. Guest access The house is available to guests. You just can't use the basement because it's the owner's storage and residence. Other things to note You can leave your luggage in the engine room so that you can meet the check-in and check-out times without having to carry your luggage.
