Guest access All of the apartment is yours, we only have one closet in the main bedroom for owner’s storage. All of the amenities in the condominium are available to you as a guest, including a fully equipped gym in the third floor. Other things to note Electricity bill is not included. A meter reading will be taken upon arrival and reported to the guest every 4 weeks. Moderate use is about 1,200 pesos per month (70USD approx).
