Own house in open landscape near the sea on Österlen

Stay rural and comfortable in a good location with proximity to most things on Österlen. Stay at home in the lush garden or make excursions to everything Österlen has to offer, here it is close to a lot! We always include sheets and towels and the beds are made when you arrive, all for a pleasant stay! The space Unique newly renovated accommodation on two floors with a view, located in an old barn next to a former miller's house. The accommodation has a small but fully equipped kitchen with all the amenities and a spacious bathroom with a freestanding bathtub, separate shower and sauna. There is a bedroom for two with a double bed, a large airy loft with two sofas/good beds. Sheets and towels are included. The living room/kitchen is open in the ridge and has a working cast iron stove and a large table with room for 6 people. Washing machine available. The house has exits in three directions, to a lush garden with different patios in sun or shade. Access to charcoal grill outside. Parking in the driveway, charging of electric cars at an agreed cost. NOTE: Unfortunately, the accommodation is unsuitable for smaller children and people with reduced mobility (due to steep cast iron stairs and height differences) It is close to many of Österlen's famous attractions such as Kåseberga, Ale Stenar, Sandhammarens beach, Dag Hammarskjölds Backåkra, Olof Viktor's bakery, Karl Fredrik on Eklaholm etc. It takes just over 20 minutes by car to Ystad, 30 minutes to Simrishamn and 1 hour to Malmö. Guest access The whole described accommodation/house and whole garden. The house is located at an angle with the host's house and shares the garden, but the host is not always on site during the rental, but when that happens there is plenty of space and several patios and our guests have priority. Other things to note Gas stove with electric oven Unsuitable for smaller children and people with reduced mobility (due to steep cast iron stairs and height differences) Dogs and cats sometimes stay in the house.
