The living, dining and kitchen area covers 70 square meters. The apartment would be completely renovated and offers relaxation at the highest level. The apartment can accommodate 6 adults. (A larger number of people on request) The space Our country house It is possible to rent the entire country house with its more than 400 square meters. It offers 3 kitchens, 3 dining rooms, 3 living rooms, 4 bathrooms and 8 bedrooms. In total, there is room for up to 22 adults. Please call us to discuss further details. Outdoor facilities: The farm is located on a 5,000 sqm and fully fenced property. There is private parking, 3 beautiful terraces to relax, a small playground for children, an infrared sauna (this is also great for the immune system for children) and a hot tub with integrated wood stove. Charcoal grills are also available for your physical well-being. (Charcoal is not provided and must be procured on your own) There is also an outdoor toilet so you do not have to go through the whole house. In Ganschendorf itself there is a beautiful romantic pond a few meters away as the crow flies. A few hundred meters away is the quiet and idyllic Ganschendorfer See (also called Schwarzer See) with a dog beach. The area literally invites you to take a walk, where you can also have a cozy picnic. Here the fish ladder offers a wonderful excursion destination. Cyclists will also get their money's worth. Additional information Travel cots and high chairs for babies can be provided on request. For your four-legged friends, we also offer dog beds if necessary. Please register a need here in good time. Private parking is available free of charge. Each apartment has a separate fireplace, which not only provides a nice ambience in the evening. Pets are welcome here and stay free of charge.
