The area of living, dining and kitchen has 70 square meters. The apartment would be completely renovated and offers recreation of the highest standard. The apartment can accommodate 6 adults. (One larger number of people on request) The space Our country house It is possible to rent the entire farm with its over 400 square meters. This offers 3 kitchens, 3 dining rooms, 3 living rooms, 4 bathrooms and 8 bedrooms. In total, there is room for up to 22 adults persons. Please give us a call to discuss further details. Outdoor area: The farm is located on a property of about 5,000 square meters and fully fenced. There are private parking spaces, 3 beautiful terraces to relax, a small playground for the children, an infrared sauna (this is also great for the immune system for children) and a bath barrel with integrated wood-burning stove. Coal grills are also available for your convenience. (BBQ charcoal is not provided. We have to be procured on our own) There is also an outdoor toilet so you don't have to go through the whole house. In Ganschendorf itself, in a few meters, there is a beautiful romantic pond. A few hundred meters away is the quiet and idyllically located Ganschendorfer See (also called Black Lake) with dog beach. The area literally invites you to stroll where you can also have a cozy picnic. Here, the fish staircase offers a wonderful excursion destination. Cyclists will also get their money's worth. Additional information It is possible to get travel beds and high chairs for babies on request. We also offer dog beds for your four-legged friends if needed. Please submit a need here in advance. Private parking is available free of charge. Each apartment has a separate fireplace, which not only provides beautiful ambience in the evening. Pets are welcome and stay free of charge.
