The home is located in a new community in the city of La Pine. The open concept living area is great for quiet mornings and you won't feel crowded in this space. There are 2 bedrooms at the front of the house, one has monitors and a desk for those working away from home. The master suite is spacious, has a loveseat for quiet mornings and a large bathroom with shower. All bedrooms have a queen bed. If you would like 8 guests in the home, an airbed will be set up in the living area. The large patio was put in for entertaining guests with a view of Paulina Peak in the distance. There is a BBQ Grill, gas firepit, and patio heater for your comfort. The outdoor patio seating will accommodate all guests. Guests can access the entire home with the exception of the pantry, master suite closet, the shed outside and the garage. I will communicate during your stay if I will have availability to answer requests. If not, I will have the person responsible for maintenance items available should there be any requests for maintenance items. This is a quiet community. There are two parks close to the home that are great for some outdoor playtime with kids or dogs. The 6 mile paved walking/bike path in La Pine is steps from the front door. The home has 2 parking spaces in the driveway as well as lots of street parking. Please be mindful of neighbors. There is an open field 2 houses down and additional guests can street park around that field. The location is great for access to main roads to the many resorts and trails in the area.
